113 on Robberg offers you three comfortable en-suite double rooms, one single room as well as a four-sleeper family room for your memorable stay in Plettenberg Bay. We are pet friendly and welcome children of all ages. Rooms are non-smoking and can be booked either self-catering or bed & breakfast.

Guests enjoy our well maintained garden, refreshing splash pool and Lapa with built-in braai / barbeque.

Our lights are on!

A solar back up power system ensures that the lights are on during Eskom load shedding and that you are able to watch TV and use the WIFI in all the rooms.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. (One night stays require full prepayment). Balance due on arrival. Optional extras payable on departure.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival: forfeit 15% of deposit.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival: forfeit full deposit.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, on arrival, during a stay, or no show: forfeit total booking amount.

The waiver of the above cancellation policy will be at management’s discretion, based on the ability to re-let the reserved accommodation.

Minimum stay

A minimum stay of 2 to 7 days is applicable during school holidays, public holidays and long weekends. Please inquire per email for shorter stays.

Children

We welcome children of all ages. However, we do have an unfenced pool on the property and it is the responsibility of the parent to supervise children at all times as we will not be liable for any claims as per our terms and conditions.

Smoking

This is a non-smoking establishment, no smoking in rooms, smoking outdoors only.

Pets

We love animals, however we have our own dogs on the premises, small pets can be accommodated with prior arrangement - please refer to our pet friendly page.

Terms and Conditions / Liability Waiver

The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage against the management, whether arising from the management's default, negligence or otherwise.

Any damages or loss caused by guests will be charged for and if necessary recovered by withholding luggage until full compensation has been made.

The guest is responsible for the condition of the room and its entire contents during the accommodation period, fair wear and tear excepted. Excessive cleaning on check out to be paid by the guest.

Towels are replaced every second day and bedding every three to four day. Towels / bedding are not to be used outside the room. Pool towels provided on request.

Management reserves the right to evict any persons or groups who break the above rules without refund or compensation. No non-paying visitors on premises. Right of admission reserved.
